Our PsyCoMed partner Jacques Noël (CNRS, Université Nice Côte d’Azur) will be invited to give a talk at the third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) which will take place in Nice from June 9th to 13th, 2025.
This event, co-organised by France and Costa Rica, will bring together all UN member states, their heads of state and government, international agencies, local authorities, civil society, the private sector and international donors , ten years after COP21 and the Paris Agreement.
This event will be focused on « Accelerating action and mobilizing all actors to conserve and sustainably use the ocean » and will seek to support the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 14 by producing an ambitious Nice Ocean Action Plan.
It will be a wonderful opportunity to reach many different stakeholders and to raise awareness on ocean and sea pollution, and its consequences on human health, especially on the development of neuropsychiatric disorders and comorbidities.
